These Terms & Conditions govern the use of www.sasyahotels.com and the services provided by Sasya Hotels. By making a reservation or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from an authorised booking partner. Sasya Hotels reserves the right to decline or cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances, with prompt written notice.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

● Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

3. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum, avoid damage to hotel property, and comply with all applicable laws and hotel policies. The hotel reserves the right to ask a guest to vacate the premises in cases of misconduct, illegal activity, or disturbance, without refund.
4. Damage to Property
Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Applicable repair or replacement charges will be levied.
5. Events & Banquet Bookings
Advance payment may be required to confirm event or banquet reservations. Event organisers are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions and complying with applicable safety and public order regulations. Additional terms may apply depending on the nature of the event.
6. Payments and GST
All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017:

Banquet halls and event spaces attract 18% GST. The hotel may revise pricing without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sasya Hotels shall not be liable for loss of personal belongings or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Guests are advised to secure valuables. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
8. Website Use
All content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of website materials is prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.
9. Amendments
Sasya Hotels reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. Guests may also approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Hyderabad, under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
